This week @AIESema, @MaxTheGrey and Astromech EPC-44 talk about the days when pets were scarce and the puzzle quests to find the Taunlet and the Orokeet were a big deal. If you weren’t sure, you’ll find out what mysterious eggs and Ice Scrabbler Jerky are all about. This episode is another entry in our continued look at some old school content still in the game that’s interesting and unique. We also cover news for the week from SWTOR in general and from our guild, Alea Iacta Est in SWTOR. Of course, you’ll also hear what we have been doing lately.

We did check it out a week or two ago and talked about it some. It sounds fun and interesting but it’s so unverified and far out that it’s hard to put too much stock in at this point. We’ll have to keep an eye out for any more news on it too.
I really enjoyed the Laundry series, but as you said, everyone has different tastes. I thought it was kind of interestingly “realistic” given the world.
I haven’t had a chance to read it yet but I do see some mixed reviews on it that seem to fall on both side. Some really like it, some are meh. Everyone seems to agree that it’s quality writing. It just doesn’t hit for some. I’ll put it on my list to at least check out the first one.
That’s a good point. I did find it very believable. And also I never got pulled out of the world he created. Great point.
